We process account details, authentication records, product sources, uploaded media, generated listing content, job activity, support communications, payment status and information returned by marketplace integrations you authorize.
Information is used to provide and secure the service, process listing jobs, maintain account history, support marketplace actions, prevent abuse, communicate with users and improve reliability.
When you connect Etsy or Shopify, Listanka receives authorization tokens and the account or shop data needed for enabled workflows. The frontend does not ask for or store your marketplace password.
We may use infrastructure, payment, email, analytics and AI service providers to operate Listanka. They receive only the information reasonably needed for their role and process it under their own contractual and security obligations.
Information is retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and maintain legitimate business records. Retention periods vary by data type and account status.
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data, including restricted backend access and encryption for protected credentials in production. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information. You can also disconnect marketplace integrations and manage applicable analytics choices.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers.
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal or operational changes. The effective date on this page identifies the current version.
