Listanka provides tools that help users prepare, review and optionally send listing content to supported marketplaces. Features, integrations and credit costs may change as the service evolves.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Listanka. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Last updated: October 8, 2026.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and connected marketplace profiles.
3. Credits and payments
Credits pay for eligible generation work and are reserved when a job starts. Failed or cancelled jobs return reserved credits according to the rules displayed in the product. Purchased credits and payment terms are shown before checkout.
4. Your content
You retain responsibility for source materials, instructions and listing content you submit or approve. You grant Listanka the limited rights needed to process that content and provide the requested service.
5. Marketplace compliance
You are responsible for product eligibility, intellectual-property rights, product safety, disclosures, pricing, taxes and compliance with Etsy, Shopify and other applicable marketplace rules. Generated content must be reviewed before use.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Listanka for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity; to infringe third-party rights; to interfere with the service; or to bypass access, security, rate or usage controls.
7. Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary, including to protect users, marketplaces or the service.
8. Disclaimers and liability
AI-generated and imported content can contain errors. You must verify outputs before publishing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listanka is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. Access may be restricted or terminated for material breach, unlawful use, security risk or non-payment, subject to applicable law.
